Signing up for Victoria Hearts takes only less than a minute. You need to use your email address to create a new account. You also need to agree with their policies so that you can proceed with the registration. After that, you will be asked to answer nine questions about your potential date. It will ask for the type of person you like, age range, children, height, weight, body type, drinking habits, and smoking habits.

You also need to answer 13 questions about yourself. Some of the questions include your body type, your height, and your weight. Finally, you will be asked to choose four from nine member profiles to finetune your matches.

The home page conveniently takes you to your matches. Each picture includes the name, age, country, and a short description of the members you are matched with.

You might notice that most of your matches will be from Ukraine. This is because Victoria Hearts is in partnership with several marriage agencies all over the globe, especially in Ukraine. These agencies are called ‘Suppliers’, which provide validated female members to register on the website. These girl members have beautiful faces and gorgeous physiques.

Furthermore, the website ensures the identity of its members with "Victoria Hearts ID Confirmation" process. You need to scan and send your government-issued ID. If you are from the US, you also need to fill out their US Client Information Form and send it to them with your government-issued ID. The advantage of confirmed members is they can request the contact information and set up dates with other members.

Most of the profiles that matched our test member’s preferences were eye-catching. Upon logging in, we have had free access already to several features of the website.

You can send every person a wink or a like. You can also add them to your favorites list. You may choose to explore outside of your matches by viewing the "My Statistics" feature. 

The "My Statistics" special feature is located on the right panel of the dating site. You can check out here the members who have visited your profile or those who have added you to their favorites. Other statistics also include your messages, emails, favorites, contact requests, and meetings request.

You will need to pay in "credits" to connect with another member. This includes sending short messages, love letters, videos, and video chat. In terms of communication, there can be language barriers, so translators are provided to some members. Having translators is an initiative from the partnership of this dating site with the "Suppliers". As some members might have a hard time writing in English, translators help them convey their messages.

During our test, we received hundreds of messages within a day. They seem to be nice and their thoughts were sincere. This number of messages might appear suspicious to us at first glance. But it was observed that the users were validated members that have undergone Victoria Hearts’ security measures.

Even if you are only a standard member, you can see other members’ information. You can easily take note of their age, location, height, and weight. Below the profile photo is the other uploaded pictures and videos. The rest of the user’s information is found below the chatbox.

Upon validating your email address, you will be given a profile ID. You can opt to block or report a user. Both actions can be found alongside the buttons ‘Like Her’, ‘To Favorites’, ‘Send A Wink’, etc. You will be asked to write in detail about the reason you are reporting that certain member.
